2. Purpose and Activity
QUIBARCA C.A. is a Venezuelan company dedicated to the import, storage and bulk distribution of high-purity raw materials and chemical supplies for domestic industry. Products are sold with their respective Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) as applicable.
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes issued by QUIBARCA C.A. are valid for the period indicated in the document itself and are subject to inventory availability and international raw material market conditions. An order is considered firm only when the client confirms it in writing and QUIBARCA C.A. issues the corresponding dispatch order.
4. Prices, Payments and Invoicing
Prices are expressed in the currency indicated in the quote and do not include taxes, freight or insurance, unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are agreed in writing before dispatch. Invoicing is carried out in accordance with current Venezuelan tax legislation.
5. Delivery, Receipt and Risk
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond QUIBARCA C.A.'s control, such as transport availability, weather conditions or regulatory restrictions. The risk of loss or damage to the merchandise transfers to the client in accordance with the Incoterm agreed in the quote. The client must verify the condition of the product and its packaging at the time of receipt.
6. Quality Warranty
QUIBARCA C.A. guarantees that the products supplied comply with the technical specifications indicated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) corresponding to the dispatched batch. Any claim for non-conformity must be notified in writing within five (5) business days following receipt, attaching documentary and photographic evidence.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, technical data sheets and other material) is the property of QUIBARCA C.A. or its respective owners and is protected by Venezuelan and international intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUIBARCA C.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the products supplied, beyond the amount actually paid for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Maracay, Aragua State.
